Andrew England Kerr

Solicitor and Director

Andrew possesses 33 years of legal experience and founded England Kerr Hands & Co in 1986, having qualified the previous year, specialising in property law and estate agency matters.

Andrew co-wrote the country’s first code of practice on the Property Misdescriptions Act with Birmingham Trading Standards, and has acted on numerous occasions with small and large estate agents nationwide, whilst also lecturing on related matters.

Andrew is a professionally accredited mediator through the Family Mediation Council (FMCA).

Tina Conway

Legal Assistant

Tina joined England Kerr Hands immediately after finishing school and has been part of our team since the very beginning.

Tina possesses a huge wealth of knowledge and experience and provides invaluable assistance to our senior management.

Jan Bryan

Legal Assistant

Jan joined the law firm after gaining over 20 years’ experience in senior management with Birmingham City Council.

Jan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm, which proves very useful to clients and her colleagues.

Susan Colman

Solicitor and Director

Susan qualified with a law degree from Birmingham University in 1976 and after admission in 1979, practiced as a solicitor in Birmingham specialising in conveyancing. 

Now at England Kerr Hands & Co, she continues to prioritise making her clients' sales and purchases go through as smoothly as possible.

Outside of work Susan can be found either at Edgbaston Cricket Ground or in her garden (weather permitting).
