Andrew possesses 33 years of legal experience and founded England Kerr Hands & Co in 1986, having qualified the previous year, specialising in property law and estate agency matters. Andrew co-wrote the country’s first code of practice on the Property Misdescriptions Act with Birmingham Trading Standards, and has acted on numerous occasions with small and large estate agents nationwide, whilst also lecturing on related matters. Additionally, Andrew is a professionally accredited mediator through the Family Mediation Council (FMCA).
Caroline obtained her degree at Birmingham University and was admitted as a solicitor in 1979. She is both a Law Society Family Panel member and a Resolution Accredited Specialist, with specialisms in Financial Provision on Divorce and Children’s Law.
Joining England Kerr Hands immediately after finishing school, Tina has been part of our team since the very beginning. Tina possesses a huge wealth of knowledge and experience and provides invaluable assistance to our senior management.
Jan joined the law firm after gaining over 20 years’ experience in senior management with Birmingham City Council. Jan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm, which proves very useful to clients and her colleagues.
Peter graduated from University with a LLB (Hons) Law degree. Peter then pursued a further legal course, obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the CILEx Law School. Peter is a Graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and has spent his entire legal career in residential property, bringing a wealth of experience to the firm.
